Tamary has over ten years of experience of combined experience in project management, process improvement, strategic change and data analysis. Her unique combination of engineering and management consulting background prove invaluable in Lean and organizational projects for a wide range of clients.

Prior to joining V2A, Tamary served as a Project Manager for projects in Puerto Rico, United States and Latin America in the private and public sector, including various Governments, International Multilateral and Not-for-profit organizations. She has experience in cultural intelligence, strategic change, restructuring, reengineering and Lean Six Sigma.
Tamary holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from University of Puerto Rico Mayaguez, a MSE in Operations from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) and MA in International Relations from IE (Instituto de Empresas). Tamary is also Six Sigma Black Belt certified.
Tamary enjoys hiking, traveling and learning from different cultures and experiences. She enjoys dancing salsa, reading, and movies and spend time with her family.
